This aircraft was built with the intention of it being VH-ULF for the Shell Oil Company of
                                           Australia.  In the event it was deemed not suitable (with three in-line engines) for operating
                                           in the hot Australian climate and the contract was withdrawn.  Re-engined with Armstrong
                                           Siddeley Genet  motors it was sold to Sabena who operated it from 1930 until 7 December
                                           1934 when it was destroyed in a freak accident when the Belgian Air Force Fairy Fox III
                                           serialed O-47 crashed into hangar No 7 at the old  Evere airfield near Brussels wherein
                                           -AGD was burnt beyond repair in the resultant fire.
