                                      The Sokol was designed in secret in WW II whilst Czecho-Slovakia was still under Nazi
                                      occupation.    A year or so after the end of the war production was commenced in Chocen
                                      (Nowadays in the Czech Republic).   Some 287 Sokols were built of all marks, 183 of
                                      which were M.1Cs.   Power was supplied by a 105 hp Walter Minor 4-III engine.  .
