OK-AIC   Douglas DC-2-200                                    (c/n 1562)

I do not have the provenance of this beautiful shot.  .  It was taken at Prague Airport (Ruizyne) in early
1937.  OK-AIC followed the path of its sister ship -AIB, inasmuch as it was impressed into service
by Lufthansa in 1938 as D-AAIC, and then on to Finland as OH-DLB, later OH-LDB and then to
the Finish Air Force as DO-3

                                        The other machines are:

This was the one and only Soviet DC-2.  It somewhat mysteriously blew up in mid-air
over Romania on 8 August 1937 on a flight allegedly from Bucharest to Moscow.
