OK-ADB   Letov S-32                                                   (c/n  2)

The Letov S-32 was a six passenger tri-motor transport designed and built in Czechoslovakia
in 1934.  It was apparently a roomy and comfortable airliner.       In addition to the prototype,
(OK-ADA) four were produced, and the rare shot above shows these four.  They were mostly
used on CSA's Prague-Bucharest route.. OK-ADB had a short life inasmuch as it crashed on
26 June 1934 approximately 100 meters short of Karlovy Vary airport after it lost a stabilizer.
The pilot and two passengers on board were killed, including the notable Austrian actor/
                                      comedian Max Pallenberg.
