SU-ABJ  de Havilland D.H.84 Dragon                              (c/n 6051)

                                 

                                     In 1933 Misr Airwork acquired three Dragons to augment the Moth Majors and Puss Moths.
                                     which had been used for training and charter purposes.  With the delivery of the Dragons
                                     scheduled passenger servioces were inaugurated between Cairo, Alexandria and Mersa
                                     Matruh.  International flights to Lydda, Haifa and Gaza were commenced the following
                                     year.   SU-ABJ was destroyed by fire (reason not known) at Alamza Airport, Cairo on
                                     22 June 1938.
