CR-LEP Fokker F.27
Friendship

In 1962 DTA decided to replace its DC-3s with the F.27 Friendship as
did many other airlines.
Two were initially delivered and at
that time augmented the seven DC-3s, which were still
flying long into Angola's independence, many being re-registered D2-

Friendships were acquired by DTA serving both local
stations and also to Windhoek, Brazzaville, Kinshasa, Pointe-Noir and
San Sao Tome.
CR-LEP was absorbed into TAAG Angola in 1973 and re-registered
D2-LEP. It wound
up with 9Q-CEB into what was then Zaire and was eventually broken up at
N'Dola in
Zambia in 1982.
