<>                                    The Piaggio P.136 was a five seat light amphibian powered by two Franklin engines in a pusher
                                    configuration.  Note gull wing and retractable tail wheel.  18 were built for the Italian Air Force,
                                    with 63 of all models being completed by 1967.  The higher powered P.136L-1 was introduced
                                    in 1954 and imported into the U.S. by Kearney and Trekker as kits and assembled as the "Royal
                                   Gull".  N160EB was seen at the Van Nuys Air Show in 1998.
