                                      In 1929 St. Tammany-Gulf Coast Airways was contracted to operate Air Mail Route
                                      CAM29  from New Orleans to Houston.  This service was flown by Stearman J-5s,
                                      Pitcairn Super Mailwings, Travel Air 2000s and at least one more advanced model
                                      4000, as seen above in this image for the Peter M. Bowers collection.
