                                    . Hanford acquired three Ford Tri-motors when it garnered Air Mail Routes 16 and 26 in 1934.
                                      The Chicago base however, was vacated in favor of Sioux City shortly after this photo was
                                      taken since the airline sold the Chicago to Winnipeg route to Northwest Airlines.   NC418H
                                      was sold off to the DuPont company in 1936 and then wound up with the Costa Rican air-
                                      line Aerovias Nacionales as TI-41 in 1939.
