ZK-ARP  Percival P.44 Proctor 5            (c/n  Ae.97)

                                       

                                               Formerly G-AIEO, this Proctor was imported in June 1948 for the Wairarapa and
                                               Ruahine Aero Club and was practically brand new at the time. It was sold  to the
                                               Wellington Aero Club in 1950, in whose service it is seen here. In the late 1950s the
                                               aircraft was placed into storage, and later purchased by Frank Brittain and taken to
                                               Palmerston North.  Following his death it has once again been completely restored by
                                               Stan and Gilly Smith at North Shore and is now operated by a syndicate
