ZK-ANE de
Havilland D.H.82A Tiger Moth (c/n 82230)
Two very poor shots of this Tiger Moth. It was, in fact,
canopied even when in the RNZAF as
NZ596. The one below was in the hangar at Wellington in
1951. Civilianized in
December
1946, it was converted to
a topdresser for Farmers Aerial Topdressing Co. Ltd of
Invercargill
in
1951. ZK-ANE was written off in a crash at Owaka on 29 January
1953.
