ZK-BEO    Bristol 170 Freighter Mk 31         (c/n   13058)

                                       

                                              Here's a great flying shot by David Molesworth of a SAFE Bristol.  This aircraft first flew with
                                              the Class "B" registration G-18-112 in 1952.  It went to the Royal New Zealand Air Force as
                                              NZ5905 based at Whenuapai later that year.  SAFE acquired it in 1954 and named it 'Resolution'.
                                              ZK-BEO was withdrawn from service in 1967 and for a while was parked in the open at
                                              Woodbourne, before being scrapped..
