VH-UQV  de Havilland D.H. 60M Moth                                       (c/n 2051)

This Moth came from Canada in 1933, being previously CF-ADC.   Inital owner was Qantas
and the rare shot above from the Ray Vuillerman collection (via Ian McDonell) shows it with
the airline titling on the rudder.  Much later is Neville Parnell's photo below at Bankstown in
                                  February 1962 (via Brian Baker).
My own somewhat blurry image (foot of the page) shows the aircraft some seven years
earlier (circa 1955) also at Bankstown, and in what appears to be Illawarra Flying Club
colors.  Interestingly, -UQV was never actually registered to that club. Possibly iprivately
ownedt and flown by Illawarra for a while?
