VH-TOJ Piper PA-25 Pawnee 235
(c/n 25-2694)
This Pawnee has been around the
block, and I have gleaned a plethora of shots of it. . It
was
first
registered in
1964 to Hazair. Bob Neate took the
above photo when it was comparatively
new at
Albury in 1965.
Immediately below are
two shots from the Geoff Goodall collection after
it moved "out
west". The upper one depicts
it at Bunbury, West Australia in
December 1970
whilst
the aircraft
was on the asset register
of Doggett Aviation, and the lower one was at Narrogin,
WA in
July 1973
when it was owned by
Bob Giles of Wagin WA. It is still on the register, and
Dave
Wilson took photograph # 4 of it while
it was trying to stay
warm and dry
in the Rapair
Hanger at
Brisbane's Archerfield airport on
a cold and overcast winter's day in June
2007.
Today it is
being used out of Caboolture as a glider tug as evidenced in the
contemporary shot
by Ian McDonell at the
foot of the page, taken in June 2013.
