VH-PBA Piper PA-28R-180 Cherokee
Arrow
(c/n 28R-30356)
VH-PBA was registered to
Piper agent Ansett General Aviation in November 1968 after it
did not take up the planned registration of VH-CLG, presumably with
Connellan at Alice Springs.
David Carter’s picture shows it parked at the entrance to the Flight
Facilities hangar at Mascot
in 1970. In 1976 it was owned by Joe Anderson, of
Nanango, Queensland, after whom the
Nanango airstrip is now
named. –PBA was current
in November 2016 and owned by an
engineer from Millmerran, on the Darling Downs, since July
2013 . Prior to that it had been
with Peace Aviation at Rockhampton.
