VH-KBR (2)  Mooney M.20F Executive                       (c/n  700041)

                                 

                                     I am not sure if this is, in fact, the second -KBR.  There may have been others between this and
                                     the little Auster Arrow I used to fly out of Western Junction, Tasmania, back in the early 1950s.
                                     The M.20F was a M.20E with a 10 inch fuselage stretch allowing for three windows on each side.
                                     Power is supplied by a 200 hp Lycoming IO-360-AIA.   First registered in July 1970, it was ex-
                                     N9470V.   It was new when photographed above by John Wheatley.at Bankstown. The hangar
                                     at rear right backed onto Marshall's hangar and Marshall's geriatric truck is visible above the
                                     Mooney    VH-KBR today is privately owned and based in the Gold Coast, Queensland area.
