VH-FSD  Cessna 180B                                             (c/n  50381)

                                 

                                       This 180 was wearing a very nice, although a totally non standard Cessna, livery when this shot,
                                       by Peter Reardon (who flew the aircraft ) was taken at Glen Innes in 1964.    A late import for
                                       Dutton's Aerial Sowing of Canowindra, NSW, it was first registered on 30 September 1963.
                                       Sutton's also maintained a base at Glen Innes for agricultural work in the New England district.
                                       Early in 1967 it was acquired by an agricultural operator in Western Australia and Merv Prime
                                       saw it at Jandakot (immediately below) in March of that year.  Livery unchanged.   -FSD didn't
                                       last long out west and is seen wrecked at East Chittering, WA on 20 April 1968 in the image at
                                       the foot of the page from the Geoff Goodall collection.  . It ran down an embankment at the side
                                       of an ag strip and the fuselage was torn in two.    Veteran WA aerial ag pilot Max Taylor escaped
                                       unhurt.  The rear section of this 180 was seen at different locations around WA for the next few years
