VH-DUV  Mooney M.20B Mark 21                  (c/n  1768)

                                       aircraft was under lease by Air Charter Express.   Below, by Greg Banfield at Bankstown, NSW, in
                                       July 1961, just after it had been imported (ex N74768) by Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd of Scone NSW. 
                                       Early Mooney M-20s were of mixed wood, fabric and metal construction.   The M-20B was the
                                       first all-metal version, albeit with manual flaps, and was introduced in 1961.  VH-DUV is still current
                                       and has been owned by Norton Reddicliffe of Mareeba, Queensland for many years.
