VH-CTN Beech A23
Musketeer
(c/n M-762)
A goodly number
of Musketeer/Sundowner/Sierra aircraft found their way onto the
Australian
civil register.
This example was seen at Perth's Jandakot Airport in
February 1973 by Geoff
Goodall. It carried the name 'Snoopy' on the
nose. Registered VH-FHN when new for Civil
Flying Services Western Australia
Division at Jandakot in December 1965, it was re-registered
-CTN when sold
off in October 1967. It remained in WA for its entire
career until written off
in a crash at Mount
Magnet, WA on 30 December 1991.
