VH-BQH Percival P.28B Proctor I

VH-BQH was the
former G-AIIW (RAF Proctor I P6312) which was imported in November
1954. The two photos in this
entry are by Neil Follett and were both taken at Moorabbin.
Above, it is seen in 1957 wearing two
regos and Barrier Air Taxi Service of Broken Hill, NSW
titling, while below on New Year's Day 1959 that titling had been
replaced with the name 'Jeddah'
on the
forward fuselage. Surely it didn't make a trip to Saudi?
Whatever, it was withdrawn from
use in 1964.
