VH-ALL (4)
Piper PA-32-260 Cherokee Six
(c/n 32-3)
Such was the confidence of the Cherokee Six, that it
had good prospects in Australia, Piper agent
Ansett General Aviation
received the third aircraft built, VH-ALL. It was the fourth
aircraft to carry
that
registration, and was registered on October 29,
1965. David Carter's shot above was taken
at Bankstown airport
later that same year. Remarkably, VH-ALL is not only still
registered as of
March 2016,
(some 50 years after it was first registered), but is being used
commercially. It is now
operated
by Rottnest Air-Taxi for joyriding out of Perth’s Jandakot airport and
to take people to
nearby Rottnest
Island.
