clipping (culled by Graeme Parsons) from the the Hobart Mercury of 19
June
1947. The Tiger crashed at Rosebery, NSW on 17 June
1947. . It had been
civilianized
from RAAF service in
September 1945 where it had been A17-540. Graeme advises that
the
crash occurred in
Tweedmouth Ave, Rosbery, just yards from where his uncle was living
at
the time.
